KWRD Board of Trustees
The three members of the Kishwaukee Water Reclamation District's three-member Board of Trustees are appointed for three-year terms of office by the DeKalb County Board.

Board Meetings
The Board generally meets at noon on the third Wednesday of each month. In-person meetings are held at the District's Administrative office at 1301 Sycamore Rd in DeKalb.
The public is invited to attend meetings. Every meeting includes time for public input. If you are unable to attend, but would like to address the Board, you can write to the Board of Trustees in care of the Kishwaukee Water Reclamation District at 1301 Sycamore Rd, DeKalb.
Meetings are held in compliance with the Open Meetings Act. The District's Open Meetings Act officer is attorney Keith Foster of the Foster & Buick Law Group LLC, located at 2040 Aberdeen Court, Sycamore, IL 60178. He can be reached by phone at (815) 758-6616.
